Concierge Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct the regular meeting of the concierge department to better the service. Submit written summing-up materials both weekly and monthly.
• Assist the concierge manager to carry out activities and publicity. Coordinate the relationship with customers
• Responsible for organizing and summarizing quarterly and annual customer satisfaction survey.
• Responsible for solving different kinds of complaints as well as recording. Timely arrange staffs to solve the issues and feedback.
• Arrange schedule of the team, organizing relevant training, ensure the working progress. Check the paid leave, sick leave, OT and other situations of the team members and report to the manager.
• Cooperate with the concierge manager to prepare relevant emergency plans; Timely follow up the concierge service requirements according to the demand of customer
Job Requirements:
• Under the age of 45, college degree or above, height over 165CM.
• Standard Mandarin, excellent communication skills and emergency handling ability.
• At least 5 years’ experience in concierge management, 3 years’ experience in apartment project over 100,000 square meters.
• Have rich practical experience in satisfaction management and complaint handling.
